Lehigh Gorge trains, a trademark of the Reading and Northern Railroad, take a 70 minute round-trip tour following the Lehigh River over bridges, through Glen Onoko, into the Lehigh Gorge State Park. High-rising cliffs and mountain scenery surround the train along the route to Old Penn Haven. You will see hikers, rafters, mountain bikers, and wildlife along the railroad. You will learn about railroad lore, wildlife, the history of the anthracite coal region, and the people who launched America into the Industrial Age. Our Skydiving Center, run by the Kellner family, Don Kellner is the Guinness Record Holder with the Career Total Most Sport Parachute Jumps. We offer skydiving lifts in PA for first time tandem skydivers thru solo sky diving enthusiasts from PA, NJ, NY, NYC and beyond. Skydiving gift certificates and vouchers for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York State and New York City are also available! Phones answered daily from 8 am - 8 pm. We jump Fridays from 4 pm until 8 pm, and we jump weekends from 9 am to 7 pm, April - September, weather permitting.

The J&L Narrow Gauge Railroad operates an actual steam locomotive over a short stretch of track in Youngstown, OH. Visitors can ride behind our 1937 Porter saddle tank locomotive that once moved steel ingots at a Pittsburgh steel mill, as well as see various other pieces of railroading and steelmaking equipment on display. Operated entirely by volunteers, the J&LNG is also the only regularly scheduled operating steam locomotive in northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is open for tours Tues.-Sun from April 1 - Dec. 30; it is closed on Mondays. The historic estate includes a 64,500 sq. ft. Manor House, historic gardens and grounds. Seiberling, co-founder of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. It was named Stan Hywet, Old English for stone quarry, after the property’s most prominent natural feature. The 65-room Manor House is one of the finest examples of Tudor Revival architecture in America, and the sixth largest home open to the public. The Gate Lodge at the entrance to the estate has its own historic significance. In 1935, two admitted alcoholics met there and talked long into the night, when the principles that still serve as the cornerstone of Alcoholics Anonymous were identified.
