Our Acetaia A well-rouded family-run businnes, Angelo focuses especially on the production of Balsamic Vinegar and Vignola Cherries. The Acetaia (italian name for balsamic vinegar factory) is entirely made of wood. From its broad mezzanine floor you can see the aging barrels. Be them oak or other wooden casks, here is where the flavour intensifies over the years, before the vinegar is finally bottled. Our boutique of balsamic vinegar is furnished in hospitable and in familiar way with a union of antiques furniture and barriques. we make degustation of our balsamic vinegar for individual but also for groups. We have about fifteen different types of balsamic and they go from the aged dense and creamy ones to the extremely acetic, strong-smelling and also aromatic (ones). All the year we propose also typical products of Modena and Emilia as: salami, Parmesan, Lambrusco wine and other products.
