A popular hiking destination. Niquette Bay is a secluded State Park about 20 minutes from downtown Burlington. It features approximately seven miles of forested nature trails meandering through rare natural communities, and Lake Champlain access via half-mile walk to two marked swimming areas. Pets welcome on-leash, prohibited on the sand beach but are welcome to swim at Calm Cove. Legal, regulated hunting, fishing, and trapping allowed within their respective seasons with proper license and/or permit. Fee required during operating season (May-October) $5/Adults; $2/Kids.
