Catoctin Creek® Distilling Company was founded by Becky and Scott Harris in 2009 as the first legal distillery in Loudoun County since before Prohibition. We are located in Purcellville, Virginia, in the heart of the Loudoun Valley. Loudoun County, often called D.C.'s Wine Country, is home to more than twenty vineyards and wineries, and it now has a distillery. At Catoctin Creek, we believe in high quality food and spirits. Organic means higher quality: grain and fruit, sourced locally when possible, free of pesticides and chemical additives that would come through in the spirits we produce. Sure, it is more difficult to produce organically, but the results speak for themselves. The Virginia Rye Whisky!

Our vineyard was established in 2008 and contains blocks of the vinifera Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and the hybrid Traminette. We continue to expand our vineyard a little each year. We opened our doors to the public in March of 2014 after winning Gold in the Virginia Governor's cup and were selected for the Governor's case for our Chardonnay. Begun by two friends in 2007 as a place for meditation and prayer. The Structures are built from pebbles and cement as well as ornate stained glass. There are approximately 50 structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, Dover Castle, and Rome Colosseum just to name a few. There are walking paths crisscrossing between the buildings with various seating areas and a gazebo. There is also a trail through the woods behind the garden. PLEASE NOTE: Climbing on the structures is not permitted as it could cause significant damage or even collapse.

Built in 2007, the Mississippi Craft Center in Ridgeland (just north of Jackson)is the home to the Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi.It is situated between the Reservoir and the Natchez Trace.The Center is open 9-5 daily, closed only on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.The Center includes a permanent collection of craft works, the George Berry Gallery with rotating exhibits and a large retail gallery featuring the the work of many of the Guild's 400 members. The Center also offers craft classes, camp, exhibitions, demonstrations and acts as a welcome center for visitors to the area. There is no admission fee.

Landry Vineyards was established in 1999 by Jeff, Libby and their four sons; Ethan, Kohen, Noah and Micah along with the loving labor of family and friends. The first grape vines planted were two acres of a white European American hybrid grape, Blanc Du Bois, with plans for 2003 expansion including a red grape, Cynthia/Norton. Landry Vineyards was licensed as a Louisiana Native Winery in 2003. The first vineyards were established in Folsom, La. where the winery was also located. Soon after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, the Landry's used the storm opportunity to relocate to higher ground. They now reside in the beautiful hill country of West Monroe, La on a 20-acre site including a new winery, vineyards and beautiful tasting room. The Landry family strives to produce quality Louisiana wines that are distinctive to the region while complimenting the rich flavorful Cajun Foods of our French Acadian Heritage.
