Dolphin Excursions Snorkel Adventure
85-491 Farrington Hwy, Waianae, Oahu, HI 96792-2352
Our ocean safari, lead by marine biologists, naturalists, and certified lifeguards on a 32' USCG inspected RHIB is based on the leeward coast of the island of Oahu. If you're looking to avoid crowds, we are dedicated to guiding small groups of people on a low impact interaction in and out of the water, with wild dolphins, turtles, and pristine living coral reefs year round. We also add whale watching during the winter months. On our Dolphin Excursion Tour, dolphin sightings are guaranteed! If no dolphins are seen on your tour you will receive a return trip for free. While dolphin sightings are guaranteed, swimming with dolphins is not... but we will do our best! Federal Law does not allow us to get in the water with SPINNER dolphins in shallow water. Any in-water interactions with dolphins will be offshore and/or with one of our many other species of dolphins around Hawaii. Those opportunities are frequent but always dependent on a variety of conditions including animal behavior.

Ka'ena Point State Park
End of Farrington Highway, Waianae, Oahu, HI 96791
At the very end of Mokuleia where the road dead-ends is Kaena Point State Park with its secluded sandy coves and huge wide-open spaces. The hiking trail follows a deeply rutted unpaved Jeep road with dozens of small seaward paths branching off to the ocean’s edge. If you opt to hike the full round-trip trek from Kaena Point to Yokohama Bay on the Leeward Coast, you’ll need roughly three hours, ample stamina, plenty of water, sunscreen, snacks, body cover and your camera.

Mermaid Caves
89-435 Keaulana Ave, Waianae, Oahu, HI 96792-4109
Make your way across lava rocks (sturdy shoes are a must!) and through an open hole to reach the Mermaid Caves, a secret beach and underwater cave. These unique half-submerged caves are only accessible during low tide, and you'll need some upper body strength to pull yourself back out—or you can always bring a small ladder. Visiting will children is not recommended. While the caves can be accessed during high tide, this is ill-advised as it requires you to snorkel around the beach and past sharp, dangerous rocks. Visit the caves and other off-the-beaten-track gems in Hawaii, like Ka'ena Point State Park and Ko Olina Lagoons, on a private guided tour. – Tripadvisor
