Maison la Belle Vie is a 4.5-acre vineyard that has some of the highest quality wines in Colorado. Planted in 2002, Maison la Belle Vie introduced their first vintages in 2006 including a Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Rosé, and Muscat – a dessert wine that is traditional in regions of France. Small batches of Reserve wines such as Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Petit Verdot as well as the famous Vin de Peche are available. The Vin de Peche is a wine made from a Muscat grape and peaches, a delightful recipe that has been handed down through the generations since the late 1800s. Our Vin de Noir is a handcrafted walnut wine fortified and aged for six years. A new addition to Maison la Belle Vie is a variety of white wines, including our White Blend. If you’re looking for an amazing food and wine experience, ask about our eatery with delicious food served on our beautiful patio. While we take the art of winemaking seriously, we like to have fun too. A favorite since 1988, we're known for pioneering Colorado wines made from local grapes and fruit, with names like Laughing Cat, Cougar Run, and a Dinosaur series. Carlson Vineyards, a small farm winery, produces premium wines in the heart of Colorado wine country above the town of Palisade, at an altitude of 4700 ft. Grape wines: Riesling, T-Red (Lemberger), Sweet Baby Red, Shiraz, Merlot, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer. Fruit wines: Cherry, Plum, Peach and Pearadactyl (Pear-Apple). Relax and savor the scenic vistas of the Grand Valley and Colorado River too. Located on Palisade's Fruit & Wine Scenic Byway around mile marker 6 on East Orchard Mesa.

Talon Wines at the Meadery offers a tasting room just 1 mile from Exit 42. All our wines are fermented, aged, and bottled here, and we offer tours to engage the senses and give insight into our history and production. The name COLTERRIS was derived by combining a three letter abbreviation of Colorado “Col” with the Latin word “terris” meaning from the land. “COLTERRIS – from the Colorado land”. All COLTERRIS Wines are produced from 100% Colorado grapes grown in our estate vineyards in the Grand Valley AVA. Our two COLTERRIS tasting rooms are located in Palisade on Colorado's beautiful and picturesque Western Slope. The Grand Valley AVA produces world class wine grapes high in quality and distinction. The favorable eco-climate of Theresa's Vineyard, volcanic soils of the Grand Mesa and the waters of the mighty Colorado River contribute to the rich color, intense fruit flavors and characteristics that make Colterris wines unique.
