Disc Golf involves throwing specially designed flying discs (like Frisbees)into a metal basket. The long course has 18 holes of approx 90 metres. The short course has 15 holes of approx 45 metres. Trees and bushes have been strategically planted to add to the challenge. Beginners are welcome, you can have a great time even if your your score is not so great! If we don't have customers waiting then we will be happy to get out of the shop and give you some pointers on technique. Ground conditions vary across the course and according to season and weather. Trainers are generally fine for the short course in summer; walking boots or wellies are generally a good idea if playing the long course in winter. At present facilities are very basic - a field shelter, porta-loos, and a pro-shop in a shipping container. Bookings can be made 7 days in advance at quarrypark.app

Leam Boat Centre

The Leam Boat Centre is based in beautiful Jephson Gardens along the river in Leamington Town Centre. The park's old Victorian boathouse was renovated thirteen years ago as part of the Millennium Project and it is now a thriving centre of activity. It's a lovely place to come for a day out as a family; row boats and pedalos can be hired as and when you arrive and floating along the river for a carefree, sunlit hour is a wonderful experience. For more adventurous visitors, canoes kayaks and paddle boards are also available for hire. The Leam Boat Centre also gives lessons in canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding and can cater to all levels of experience, from taster sessions for beginners through to training courses for instructors. Kayak and paddle board courses are held throughout the holidays for children to get their first taste of the sport. It might turn into a lifelong passion!

The Guide Dogs' National Centre has a range of facilities for welcoming visitors. We are situated just off the M40 at junctions 13 and 14. Scheduled Tours: 2 hour experience on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus occasional Saturdays in the summer. We can accommodate individuals, families, groups and coach parties of up to 30 people. Puppy Helper Experience: This is an interactive session, limited to 6 people. Participants will spend time with puppies, and possibly meet a guide dog owner. Meeting Rooms: We have a number of meeting rooms to cater for a variety of requirements for group sizes up to 60 people, or breakfast meetings for up to 50 people.
