The Kingsport Carousel Project began in 2008 and has now involved around 400 volunteers from Kingsport and many surrounding communities. Volunteers have worked tirelessly with the goal of creating and operating a carousel for Kingsport. The Kingsport Aquatic Center features the area's only indoor Olympic-size pool plus year-round swim courses and Red Cross-certified water safety and lifeguard training.
