Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo, Tiago Cabaço grew up living in the field and helping with work in his parents vineyard. He learnt the secrets of working the vineyard, the grape varieties, the best soils and climates for each variety and built a close relationship with the vine. In 2004 Tiago Cabaço decided to move forward with his own project. He created his own wine, clearly showing his convictions, his personality and his way of understanding the wines of the Alentejo.
