Dry Diggings and Amador Distillery are located in El Dorado Hills just south of Highway 50. We are a small distillery that currently has over 30 brands in production. They range from brandy, rum, vodka, bourbon, rye and single malt whiskies with a few ethnic specialty offerings as well. We have a tasting room and our distillery is attached in the same building. Sauce'd Pizza & Cocktail House...it's the only restaurant in El Dorado and surrounding area with an extensive cocktail and martini drink menu from Master Mixologist Manny Hinjosa from San Francisco. Sauce’d features the only frost iced drink rail in the greater Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado County area. Sauce’d promotes specialty wood fired pizzas, specialty sauces for buffalo wings, a huge oak covered outdoor deck, fire place, indoor water fall, and unique draft beers. Thursday and Sunday evenings Sauce’d Pizza and Cocktail House has live Jazz music, and free pool Tuesday 5 p.m. to close. Our Happy Hour times are Monday through Friday 3 to 7 p.m.
