Tauch ein in die Welt des Bieres. Erfahre interaktiv und multimedial die Geschichte der Braukultur. Dabei können zahlreiche Exponate aus der Sammlung der Eigentümerfamilie Huber entdeckt werden. Auf über 700 m² und vier Etagen nehmen wir dich zu einem fesselnden Gesamterlebnis mit. Juwel der Ausstellung ist die historische Brauanlage der Satteinser Gasthausbrauerei Schäfle. Sie stammt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und war bis 1917 in Betrieb. 1989 erwarb Geschäftsführer Heinz Huber diese Anlage. Für das Mohren Museum wurde sie in liebevoller Kleinarbeit restauriert. Seit wann wird Bier gebraut? Wie funktioniert die Bierherstellung? Wie schmeckt das perfekte Bier? Woher hat die Mohrenbrauerei ihren Namen? Alle Antworten und noch mehr finden sich im interaktiven und multimedialen Museum der Mohren Biererlebniswelt.
