Cromer Pier

Cromer Pier, a heritage seaside pier in the civil parish of Cromer on the North Norfolk coast was designed by Douglass and Arnott and constructed by Alfred Thorne and is owned by North Norfolk District Council. The Pier is 151 metres (495 ft.) in length and was officially opened on 8 June 1901. Awarded Pier Of The Year in 2015 by The National Piers Society. The Pavilion Theatre at the end of the pier is one of only five UK end of pier theatres and is home to The Cromer Pier Show, the only end of pier show of its kind in the world. We are famous for crab fishing with the very best spot in Norfolk for the big catch, it’s a great way to relax and connect with nature for all the family. Grab a bite to eat above the waves with our Mediterranean inspired menu in Tides, enjoy a glass or two on our unique quarterdeck patio and pop into our perfectly stocked gift shop and take a piece of Cromer home with you.

Cromer Lifeboat Station

This is an active RNLI lifeboat station that is free to visit, but open to the public and donations can be made. From the large viewing gallery you can see a Tamar class lifeboat close too, unfortunately unless it is an open day (about 2 a year) or lifeboat day (22nd July 2018) you cannot get onboard. In the next few months we hope to improve the facilities and offer visitors an insight of the boat via pictures and videos.

Family run by experienced motorsport drivers and highly trained staff. We have a fleet of Biz Le Man 200cc karts and 160cc cadet karts all fully safety checked daily and evenly paced. Vending machines are available for cold drinks and snacks. There is a heated indoor viewing area for those cold days and a upstairs decked area for the summer days with views of the whole track, plenty free parking on site. We offer Practice Sessions, Grand Prix, Stag and Hen Events, Private Track Hire and Youth Club. Driver groups are matched on a like for like age and ability basis so we do not run small children on track with fast adults. All drivers are taken through our instructor led industry leading safety brief before starting on track. Pre booking is a must so get in touch in plenty time as we get booked up very quickly!

The Parish Church was built in the 15th Century and was extensively restored in the late 19th Century. Today, it's home to a large congregation with friendly, relaxed and contemporary services in a variety of styles. Visitors are welcome at all services. The building is open every day from about 9.00 a.m. until about 5.00 p.m. There is no charge and you are welcome to enjoy the building and to use it as a place of peace, quiet and prayer.
