This area was once the center of the State's grape industry. After years of phenomenal growth, Lakeridge ranks as Florida's largest premium winery, and remains a pioneer in the development of table and sparkling wines from muscadine and hybrid grapes. Vintage-dated varietals from hybrids such as Stover and Blanc Du Bois are produced and marketed along with blended and sparkling wines from native Muscadine grapes.More than 110,000 people are expected to visit the winery annually, enjoying its extensive tasting room, festivals and gift shop. With an overall production of over 80,000 cases, that's over 960,000 bottles. Lakeridge Wines are sold under the Lakeridge and Lakeridge Reserve brands wines at the winery and at major supermarkets and wine shops throughout Florida . Revolution Adventures

A unique off-road park set in 230 acres of beautiful Floridian countryside close to the major theme parks and hotels. This off-road attraction park is open Wednesday through Sunday and reservations are required. The groups are kept small and social distancing is always observed. Parking is free and safety equipment is included in the price along with knowledgeable guides and coaches. You need to be a minimum of 16 years of age to drive the ATV’s and you are requested to present some form of photo I.D. However, to drive the ATV+ (side by side buggy) with a driver and a passenger or the Mucky Duck (an 8 wheeled amphibious vehicle that seats up to 4 ) you must hold a full current diving license. There are plenty of alternatives to experience with fun for all ages including Target or Tag archery, Clay Shooting, Bass fishing on the private fishing lake. There are no steep hills or boulders to drive over but there are a variety of sand grass and muddy trails to enjoy.

The Citrus Tower stands unrivaled as a majestic and monumental tribute to Central Florida’s famed citrus industry and its lush subtropical groves. With the area’s changing economic climate, the Tower serves as a beacon guiding a burgeoning new business and population base to the scenic South Lake County region. The original plans specified a tower of 75 feet, but when completed the Citrus Tower rose to a lofty height of 226 feet ( equivalent to 22 stories), the tip of the highest antenna pierces the sky at a point of 500 feet above sea level. The glass enclosed observation deck allows visitors to observe the panoramic view of the rolling hills of Florida’s ridge section and hundreds of spring-fed lakes in the surrounding 8 county area.
