Founded in 2006 under the name Cava Wine Bar. It has become the locals and visitors go to spot to enjoy a glass of wine or beer and relax in a warm friendly environment. Capitola Surf and Paddle is a woman-owned surf and stand up paddle school in Capitola, California. We provide professional, personalized surf and stand up paddle (SUP) lessons. We also offer SUP eco tours in the Monterey Bay and Soquel Creek, ladies surf clinics, surf and SUP-surf coaching, and wetsuit/surfboard/SUP rentals. We service people of all ages and abilities. Our team prioritizes ocean safety, surf etiquette, environmental stewardship and of course fun! We are a certified and permitted surf school, and all instructors certified in CPR and First Aid and trained in ocean safety.
