The Bunbury Visitor Centre is now operating in 2 locations for a 12 month trial period. Co-located with the Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre, 1 Arthur Street, Bunbury and the Dolphin Discovery Centre, Koombana Drive, Bunbury. Both Centres are open 7 days a week. The Visitor Centre at the Museum are 9am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays. 9.30am to 3.30pm on Saturdays and 10am to 3.30pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. The Visitor Centre at the Dolphin Discovery Centre is open 8am-3pm 7 days a week excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day at both Centres. The friendly staff can help you with information on tourist attractions in the Bunbury Geographe Region and the South West or if you require accommodation and/or tour bookings, the Visitor Servicing help desk offer a free booking service. South West Coach Line bookings can also be processed.

Bunbury Regional Art Gallery is the premier exhibition space in the South West of WA. With six different gallery spaces and exhibitions changing every 6 - 12 weeks, there is always something new to see. BRAG's diverse programming includes nationally touring contemporary art exhibitions as well as works by local South West artists. It is also home to the City of Bunbury Art Collection, which to date includes approx 1100 pieces dating back from 1940's, which is on a rotating schedule within the galleries, offering new delights with every visit. BRAG is housed in a historic former convent which was home to the Sisters of Mercy for many years. It is one of the oldest buildings in Bunbury, and you can't miss its vibrant pink facade. The Gallery is open to the public from 10am - 4pm Wednesday to Sunday (including public holidays) and by appointment for group bookings only on Tuesday and Wednesday between 10am - 4pm.
