Glencairn Museum

The history of world religions comes to life through this museum's extensive collection of art and artifacts from different cultures and time periods. Glencairn was once the home of Raymond and Mildred Pitcairn. It was built between 1928 and 1939. Glencairn became a museum after the death of Mildred Pitcairn in 1979. Glencairn Museum is currently undergoing a comprehensive infrastructure replacement project. The next phase of the project requires that the Museum be temporarily closed to the public for approximately 18 months, beginning Saturday, April 30, 2022. A FREE cell phone tour of Glencairn's exterior is available.
