Starting at the traditional residences where many Casa Herradura employees live, you will walk the roads of the hacienda as we guide you through the production process. Stops include visiting the masonry ovens where you’ll try the distinctive taste of cooked agave and see a live demonstration from our skilled Jimadors. From there, we’ll take you to visit our citrus groves and open-air fermentation tanks. Here, you’ll follow Tequila Herradura closely on its long journey to maturity until it reaches its distillation process. The day will end with an introduction to the world of Tequila Herradura’s most iconic spirits.
